Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the key contract owner for assigned markets, managing end-to-end client contract administration including requests, drafting, approvals, issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure contracts are developed, approved, and executed promptly in line with policies and procedures.
- Oversee post-contract activities such as stakeholder communication, hardcopy handling, filing, database management, audit queries, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation to support management reporting, capacity planning, and audits.
- Drive process improvements for assigned markets / contract types while delivering value-added services to stakeholders and business partners.
- Support special assignments and provide ad-hoc reporting, including cross-regional collaboration as required.
- Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
