Responsibilities

• Strategy Implementation : The candidate is responsible for executing the company's "3M strategies"—multi-product, multi-brand, and multi-category—which is a framework for market segmentation and product diversification.
• Global Expansion : A primary focus is on expanding the company's global footprint by promoting and developing its premium and proprietary brands. This suggests the role has an international scope.
• Market Analysis & Planning : The duties involve heavy reliance on market monitoring, data analysis (compiling volume data), and strategic planning (preparing business plans).
• Stakeholder Management : The person serves as a central hub, liaising with principals (suppliers / brand owners) and sharing information within the Group (internal teams / subsidiaries).
