Planning Engineer (Primavera P6)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
• Prepares preliminary master schedule for pre-tender, tender and contract programmes.
• Prepares and maintains an intergrated schedule of drawings, procurement, construction, test & trials, integrated logistic plan using Primavera P6.
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading using Primavera P6.
• Identify descrepancies, delay and provide recovery schedule to Project Manager.
• Assist with the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients.
• Prepares progress reports and progress audits, inclusing S-Curves, progress trackers and programming health checks.
• Prepares receovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies.
• Prepares detailed commissioning programmes
• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading.
• Provides advise on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
