NLCS (Singapore) is looking for an enthusiastic, highly qualified and committed Marketing & Engagement Manager , with an outstanding track record. Position Summary
The Marketing & Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving enrolment growth and strengthening brand awareness for NLCS (Singapore). This position requires a seamless blend of admissions expertise and marketing acumen, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism in managing prospective family relationships, executing targeted campaigns, and guiding families through every stage of the admissions journey.
Enquiry Management & Lead Development
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective families through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Build relationships with trusted education agents to diversify and strengthen recruitment channels.
- Monitor and follow up on all leads, ensuring timely responses and accurate tracking of conversion rates by source.
- Implement lead nurturing campaigns using email automation and personalised communication.
- Maintain detailed CRM records to support reporting, data integrity, and pipeline forecasting.
Marketing & Digital Engagement
Collaborate with agencies on SEO / SEM strategies and paid digital campaigns.Create compelling content for admissions, marketing materials, email campaigns, and website updates.Manage admissions-related content on the school website and parent portal, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.Support social media content that highlights student life, achievements, and school events to attract prospective families.Curate testimonials, success stories, and case studies from current families.Monitor and respond to online enquiries and reviews across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, education portals).School Tours & Events
Plan and deliver signature admissions events such as Open Houses, Information Sessions, and Discovery Days.Conduct engaging and informative campus tours, presenting the school’s facilities and philosophy with confidence and professionalism.Represent NLCS (Singapore) at education fairs, trade shows, and community events locally and regionally.Engage with parents to ensure smooth transitions for new students, providing clear guidance and support, and gathering feedback to continuously enhance the onboarding experience.Coordinate with parent ambassadors to share authentic experiences with prospective families.Gather visitor feedback to continuously refine the admissions experience.Prepare, update, and maintain all tour and event materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.Lead post-event follow-up campaigns to sustain engagement with attendees.Administration & Analytics
Support re-enrolment campaigns with targeted communications and retention strategies.Produce regular reports on admissions performance, marketing KPIs, and enrolment projections.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform positioning and pricing.Track admissions and marketing budgets, ensuring ROI analysis is consistently applied.Maintain accurate records in the School MIS and CRM platforms.Ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements and internal school policiesExperience :
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or customer-facing roles.Proven experience in the education sector, with an understanding of Singapore’s education landscape and international curricula.Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and a polished professional demeanor.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and organizational excellence.Safeguarding
