Job Order : Responsibilities :
Achieve site sales and profitability targets through effective cost management and strong focus on closing ratios, First Day Benefits (FDBs), and cancellation reduction.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Sales Executives; conduct one-on-one sessions and performance reviews; lead daily and weekly sales meetings with energy and positivity.
Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure smooth guest flow and high service standards. Support sales presentations and assist in deal closures when required.
Uphold the company's "Culture of Excellence," ensuring professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards at all times.
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, coordinating with other departments to deliver positive outcomes and protect the company's brand integrity.
Foster good working relationships with marketing and other departments, supporting lead generation and referral programs.
Ensure the Sales Gallery environment, facilities, and assets are well maintained and represent the company's standards.
