luxury bespoke menswear house. The ideal candidate will combine

impeccable taste with a client-first approach, guiding our

customers through an elevated tailoring

experience.

Key

Responsibilities

Assist clients in curating outfits that best complement

their style, physique, and occasion.

Demonstrate a strong eye for matching colours, textures,

and proportions.

Provide expert guidance on

fabric selection, styling, and fit.

Deliver

exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with

clients.

Work independently while maintaining

a collaborative attitude with colleagues.

Learn quickly in areas such as visual pairing,

measurements, and fitting logic.

Maintain the

showroom's visual merchandising and overall brand

aesthetic.

Proactively follow up with leads

and existing clients to drive repeat

business.

Requirements

A positive, proactive, and polished attitude towards

customers and colleagues.

Sales-driven

mindset, with hunger for achieving targets and earning

incentives.

Strong interpersonal and

communication skills.

Fast learner with a

passion for style, tailoring, and menswear.

Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or menswear

is advantageous but not essential.

Ability to

work retail hours, including weekends and public

holidays.
