Job Description
- Oversee efficiency daily operation running of the restaurant
- Maintenance Restaurant Budget and meet the target goal
- Planning sales and marketing promotion and events
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- To work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus
- Control purchases and inventory
- Liaising with guest, employee, suppliers, sales representative and authorised department.
- Ensure that outlets’ premise is in good working condition
