Estate Solutions Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk profile, and long-term goals.
• Evaluate existing assets and liabilities to formulate a comprehensive solution strategy.
• Advise on property acquisition, disposition, leasing, investment due diligence, and portfolio restructuring.
• Advise and strategize on wealth transfer, preservation, and protection, primarily utilizing tools like Wills, Trusts, CPF Nominations, and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).
• Actively prospect and generate new business leads to expand the client base and meet sales targets.
• Present tailored proposals and close transactions for consultancy services or deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, positioning as a trusted advisor.
• Stay abreast of the latest market trends, regulations (e.g., CEA, MAS, IRAS), and government policies (e.g., cooling measures, tax laws).
• Conduct feasibility studies, comparative market analyses (CMA), or financial modelling to support recommendations.
• Ensure all advice and transactions are fully compliant with Singapore's legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage and track the client's journey and maintaining meticulous records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external professionals (e.g., bankers, accountants, lawyers) to ensure seamless delivery of the client solutions.
