We are hiring 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Description :

  • Greet, register, and schedule appointments for patients
  • Coordinate referrals for specialist consultations
  • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries courteously

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N / O / A Level or Diploma in any studies
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Able to commence work immediately / short notice
