BIM Manager shall have a broad range of responsibilities, but will primarily be concerned with :

- Maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Understanding in C&S, Mechanical, process or electrical, instrumentation, control and automation discipline drawings.
- Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the level of information is fit for purpose.
- Identifying and documenting multidisplinary clashes using clash detection software (Navisworks).
- Creating, recording and monitoring the shared data and relationships between models, for example grids, floor levels and shared project coordinates.
- Following and enforcing the mandated BIM Collaboration Procedures in the BIM Execution Plan.
- Follow-up on the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues are dealt with effectively.
- Candidate shall have minimum of 15 years’ experience in the process design of water / wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial) with the following attributes :
Qualifications required
Minimum 8 years production experience in BIM design, modelling and drafting environment with relevant certification / Diploma.To have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Naviswork etc.Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued improvement in BIM.Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.Tell employers what skills you have
