Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Prepare detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments. Conduct site measurements and feasibility checks before commencing work.
• Client Coordination : Act as the main point of contact for clients. Build strong working relationships, provide clear updates, and handle feedback or issues professionally.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Management : Coordinate with fabricators, installers, electricians, and other vendors. Source quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure work quality and timely delivery.
• Project Execution : Manage day-to-day progress to ensure projects stay aligned with the approved design, budget, and timeline. Flag and resolve problems early to avoid delays.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect completed work and materials to ensure all signage meets specifications, finish standards, and visual presentation requirements.
• Compliance & Permits : Apply for relevant permits and ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
