Job descriptionAt least 2 years relevant work experience in order processing and customer service, preferably in Oil & Gas sector but not essential With electrical engineering or similar industry background will be preferred. Good administration skills Well organized and able to multi-task Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc) Able to work in fast pace environment and under pressure. Willingness to learn Singaporean and Permanent resident only
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
- Preparation of sales quotations and tenders for submission to clients
- Processing of sales orders and purchase order via Microsoft Business Central
- Follow-up orders with customer and supplier
- Manage and expedite delivery schedules with supplier
- Arrange import and export shipments with customer and supplier
- Prepare shipment and delivery documents
- Prepare weekly / monthly project delivery status report to customer
- Assisting with project documentation management
- Assisting with vendor pre-qualification when necessary
- Sales related administration
- Perform adequately for any other ad-hoc duties & sales related support assigned by your superior
