• Provide frontline support to walk-in customers and attend to enquiries promptly
• Handle feedback and resolve basic service-related issues professionally
• Guide customers on services, procedures, and general information
• Perform data entry and update customer records in internal systems
• Support administrative duties related to daily operations
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely service resolution
• Assist in maintaining a neat and welcoming service counter environment
