Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Queenstown

Department : Urgent Care Centre (Emergency Dept)

Salary : up to $2,580

Working hours : Mon - Sun (Any 5 days day rostered)

3 Rotating shift

• AM : 7.30am to 3.30pm (any 8 hours)
• PM : 1.30pm to 9.30pm (any 8 hours)
• NIGHT : 9pm – 8am any 8 hours)

Contract : 2 years

What You'll Do :

Manage patient admissions, discharges, and appointments

Provide financial counselling & assist with procedural info

Ensure smooth operation of the UCC & Endoscopy Centre

Support doctors / nurses with chaperoning and admin tasks

Handle patient enquiries and help improve service quality

Requirements :

Min O level

Prior PSA / Customer Experience is preferred

Able to commit to the 3 shifts stated above
