Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Register and schedule patient appointments
  • Handle patient admission and discharge processes
  • Perform accurate data entry and records management
  • Assist with billing and payment collection
  • Provide frontline support and guide patients within the clinic or hospital setting
  • Liaise with internal departments for coordination of patient services

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N / O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
