Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Guide patients through pre- and post-consultation or procedure processes
  • Handle enquiries at the service counter and over the phone
  • Process billing and payment transactions
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N / O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
