Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration
  • Provide administrative support including data entry and document management
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct patients to appropriate departments
  • Coordinate patient flow and support clinical staff in daily operations

Job Requirements :

  • Min GCE N / O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
