Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Provide front-line registration and appointment scheduling services for patients
• Assist in patient admission, discharge, and billing processes
• Handle enquiries from patients and visitors at the service counters or over the phone
• Update and maintain patient records in the hospital system
• Coordinate with internal departments to support clinic or ward operations
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Support crowd management and service flow at patient-facing areas
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
