Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective works
• Manage a team of technicians and technical officers
• Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and maintenance works
• Ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance and repair works
• Conduct regular inspections of building premises and systems
• Respond to user requests and feedback, and follow up on resolutions
• Perform routine inspections and maintain proper records
• Assist with safety risk assessments and compliance
