Job Opportunity

This role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore for a Business Development professional in our ecommerce enabler warehouse fulfillment division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, analyzing market trends, communicating with potential and current clients, and collaborating with the warehouse operations team to ensure efficient fulfillment services.

Duties and Responsibilities

This individual will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and business development initiatives. Key responsibilities will include :

• Market research and competitive analysis
• New business development and lead generation
• Customer relationship management and retention
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, proven lead generation ability, and the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is required.
