Key

Responsibilities :

Oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

construction activities on-site, reporting directly to the Project

Manager.

Independently manage day-to-day

construction progress and ensure alignment with project

timelines.

Interpret and work according to

M&E drawings, technical specifications, and project

requirements.

Participate in project kick-off

meetings, coordination meetings, and provide regular updates on

site progress.

Supervise the performance of

site staff, workers, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and

compliance.

Manage the ordering, delivery, and

control of materials, tools, and equipment for the site.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings by

consulting with project consultants before commencement of related

works.

Plan, manage, and monitor all project

schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.

Prepare and maintain essential construction plans,

including site access, hoisting, temporary utilities, site offices,

and storage areas.

Implement quality control

procedures through both on-site and off-site inspections, and

oversee all completion and pre-handover checks.

Verify that only approved materials meeting project

specifications and certification requirements are used, with proper

documentation

maintained.

Requirements :

Diploma in Civil / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,

or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant

experience in construction projects.

Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and

regulatory requirements.

Proficient in reading

technical drawings and using project planning tools.

Able to work independently and in a team under tight

schedules.
