Job descriptionManage sales fulfilment activities Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status, inventory Work closely with production staff on daily operations and scheduling. Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any customer requests or issues. Prepare and maintain accurate paperwork, records, and system entries. Keep inventory data updated and well-documented. Handle general administrative tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) A team player and able to be independent
