Job descriptionCoordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to effectively execute job orders. Oversee the production plan's execution, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure the final product adheres to quality standards and meets customer specifications. Escalate complex production issues to the Manager for timely resolution. Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production scheduling and priorities. Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to enhance operational efficiency and runtime. Maintain strict adherence to company standards and production policies to achieve organizational goals. Any other task as assigned by the Superior. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in manual and CNC machining processes. Extensive knowledge of fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling. Proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
