Roles & Responsibilities

We are a specialist company in steel and metal fabrication , delivering expert services such as laser cutting, bending, and V-cut technology for architectural and interior design projects. To support our growing operations, we require a dedicated Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure that is closely integrated with our production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems used in daily operations.
• Support and manage ERP, CAD / CAM, and CNC integration software essential for fabrication processes.
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems linked to production machines and design software.
• Implement system security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT system upgrades and maintenance.
• Provide IT support and training to staff to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
