Roles & Responsibilities
We are a specialist company in steel and metal fabrication , delivering expert services such as laser cutting, bending, and V-cut technology for architectural and interior design projects. To support our growing operations, we require a dedicated Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure that is closely integrated with our production workflow.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems used in daily operations.
- Support and manage ERP, CAD / CAM, and CNC integration software essential for fabrication processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems linked to production machines and design software.
- Implement system security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across departments.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT system upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide IT support and training to staff to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies / Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux servers, networks, and system administration .Hands-on experience with ERP systems, CAD / CAM software, or industrial IT systems will be an advantage.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered).Tell employers what skills you have
