About the Role

Join a growing Japanese grill concept in Jurong East! We're looking for a

hands‐on and reliable Kitchen Assistant

to support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and grilling tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in daily kitchen operations including preparation of ingredients, sauces, and food items.

Support cooking and grilling tasks for Japanese‐style grilled dishes.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Handle manual kitchen tasks such as smashing chicken and basic food prep.

Maintain proper stock rotation and assist with basic inventory.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience preferred.

Strong team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.

Physically fit to handle manual kitchen work.

Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
