Job responsibilities :
- Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Plan and manage staff duty rosters, including lunch and weekend schedules.
- Update manual and amended bookings in the CDMS system during supervisor's absence.
- Coordinate with MnR on container nominations, pre-set, and pre-cooling arrangements.
- Handle container acceptance, release, and related payments as per customer instructions.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
