Job Description :
1. Technical Solutioning & Architecture :
Conduct in-depth technical discovery and analysis of enterprise merchants' current-state payment infrastructure, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Design and propose future-state, scalable architectures leveraging our core platform APIs, tokenization, risk management tools, and data analytics.
- Create and deliver tailored solution proposals, detailed architecture diagrams, and phased integration roadmaps.
2. Strategic Partnership & Integration Leadership :
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the Business Development and Sales teams for high-value enterprise deals.Lead complex integration projects with global and domestic payment networks (e.g., NAPAS, UPI, CUP), acquirers, and alternative payment methods.Ensure seamless deployment of payment capabilities (card, wallet, bank transfer) while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and scheme rules.3. Payment Performance Optimization :
Design and implement Payment Success Rate (PSR) consultancy services, including smart transaction routing, fraud model calibration, and chargeback management workflow redesign.Utilize data-driven insights to diagnose performance issues and deliver actionable recommendations that result in measurable improvements in authorization rates and cost efficiency.4. Product & Engineering Collaboration :
Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to internal Product and Engineering teams.Channel critical partner feedback on API usability, feature gaps, and local market requirements to directly influence the product roadmap.5. Technical Enablement :
Lead technical enablement sessions, workshops, and sandbox testing for partner and client engineering teams.Guide partners through API key provisioning, webhooks setup, and production deployment best practices.Job Requirements :
10+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing technical role within the eCommerce, Fintech, or SaaS industries, with a focus on payments, solution architecture, or technical partnership management.Proven Expertise in Payments : Deep, hands-on knowledge of payment ecosystems, including card schemes, acquirers, processors, and alternative payment methods across APAC and Greater China.Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of API-driven solutions, system integration principles, tokenization, and fraud management tools. Ability to engage credibly with C-level executives and software engineers alike.Strategic Project Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional integration projects from discovery to successful production deployment.Commercial Impact : A track record of managing large enterprise portfolios and directly contributing to significant revenue growth, transaction volume, and key commercial metrics like payment success rates.Exceptional Communication : Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.Leadership & Influence : Experience in a role requiring strong influence without direct authority, effectively collaborating with and aligning internal and external stakeholders.Education : Prefer major in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
