Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Oversight
Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor progress and report to project managers or senior engineers.
2. Team Management
Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
Assign tasks and ensure that everyone follows safety regulations and work procedures.
3. Safety and Compliance
Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to minimize hazards.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
4. Quality Control
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
Address any quality issues promptly and coordinate corrective actions.
5. Material and Equipment Management
Monitor the use of materials and equipment on site.
Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials and tools.
6. Problem Solving
Resolve on-site issues, such as delays, resource shortages, or design conflicts.
Communicate and collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients as needed.
7. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of work progress, delays, incidents, and site conditions.
Prepare daily or weekly reports for upper management.
Available to work six days a week, with flexibility to return on Sundays in case of emergencies
