Roles & Responsibilities
A Job Description :
- Improve production productivity
- Promoting process improvement
- Generating data & analysis
- Improve QC, Process Control Plan, Work Flow, FMEA, 5S, Safety, Toolbox meeting, Monthly Layered Inspection, Warehouse, Work Environment, In-House Rules, Welfare, and other production related matters.
- Execute new implementations
- Ensure weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly tasks are carried-out correctly
- Ensure production follows procedures
- Monitor and update forecast vs actual deliveries
- Update and improve sales and production O.T performance
- Audit processes e.g. ISO / BizSafe
- Daily operation, e.g. invoice, delivery, data entry, arrange delivery schedule and stock availability with Team C
- Inventory control
- Liaise with suppliers & customers – order (PO), payments, goods, quality, samples, delivery / shipment, negotiating price / contracts, AR & AP, etc.
- Liaise with freight, media and printing companies
- To attend walk-in customers
- T.T / Remittance arrangements
- Handling payment matters related to UOB online banking access, including checking and preparing payments to submit for approval (Preparer role).
- Insurance monitoring and renewal matters.
- MOM related matters, excluding those requiring MOM website access.
- Liaise with building management on maintenance, security, etc
- Prepare customer and buying listing for corporate gifts – calendars, mooncakes, Christmas cards, ang paos, etc.
- Coordinate with events, hotel booking, air-tickets, etc.
- Company software / I.T, stationeries, and pantry refreshment
- Run errands, e.g. Bank
- Any other duties and assignment from the superior as required
