Our Client, a food trading company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Key Account Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and continuously proposing solutions that ensure satisfaction of products and servicesDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accountsAct as the main point of contact between key clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingCommunicate and collaborate with the marketing, purchasing and logistics departments to meet client expectationsNegotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clientsMeet established deadlines for the submission of promotion plansAssist and resolve any enquiries and issue arising from customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustLead a team of merchandisers to ensure work effectivenessPlan and implement new product launching activitiesAnalyse competitor activities and market dynamics, adjust account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantageKeep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data- driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvementStay updated with industry trends and market developments, analyse and implements plans to meet evolving requirementsPrepare regular reports of sales progress and forecastsTo perform any other duties as and when assignedREQUIREMENTS :
