The Role
This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Job Requirements
Degree in Estate Management, Building, Real Esatate or Business Marketing.At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in leasing.Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
