TELEMARKETER

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products / services, and setting appointments or generating leads for the sales team.

What You'll Do :

Make outbound calls to introduce our services

Schedule appointments or generate qualified leads

Maintain accurate records and update CRM

Handle basic enquiries and follow up with prospects

Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets

What We're Looking For :

Good spoken English (Mandarin or other languages a plus)

Cheerful and confident phone manner

No experience needed - training will be provided

Prior customer service or telemarketing experience is a bonus

Basic computer skills
