The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing activities across digital, retail, and e-commerce platforms. The role includes campaign planning, brand management, partnership coordination, and performance tracking to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support company goals across digital and offline platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including advertising on Google Ads and Meta platforms, SEO, and social media management.
- Manage and maintain the company's Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates, promotions, and analytics.
- Plan and execute product launches, retail activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate partnership and influencer marketing activities.
- Supervise the creation and development of marketing materials with internal design teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Manage the marketing team and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Work with other departments to align marketing plans with operational needs.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail sector.
- Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.
- Experience in campaign management, partnership marketing, and e-commerce.
- Knowledge of design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Experience in event coordination and supervising marketing staff.
