Job descriptionDiploma / Higher NITEC / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or a related discipline. Prior experience in Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous. Knowledge of M & E systems, local codes and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA). 1 – 3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry level with strong technical skills may be considered. Willingness to attend site visits and adapt to project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
M&E Project Coordinator
Salary : $2500 - $4000
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Time : 9am to 6pm
Working Location : Balestier Road
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage M & E works, liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare, update and review M & E drawings using AutoCAD (Knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM is an advantage).
- Conduct inspections of M & E installations, such as Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions and prepare submission / as-built documentation.
- Assist in site measurements, verification of works and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.
