Senior / Quantity Surveyor (A1 main contractor, Tender / Project)

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clarity and accuracy of project scope.
• Assess cost impacts, including value engineering proposals and variation orders.
• Monitor and track project expenditures; provide analysis and recommendations on tenders.
• Review and evaluate contract terms, addressing any contractual issues that arise.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and adhere to safety and industry standards.

Location – HQ or Site Office (North, South, East and West)
