Air Conditioning Specialist - Installation and Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.

Job Description :

• Installation of air-conditioning systems (e.g., FCU)
• Perform testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems
• Supervise and ensure proper installation works done by sub-contractors
• Perform servicing, maintenance & troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems
• Diagnose and repair of air-conditioning systems
• Feasibility pre-installation design proposal as well as installation works
• Chemical Cleaning & Overhaul Cleaning
• Experience with split unit or VRV servicing
• Ensure proper documentation of service reports for maintenance works
• Attend complaints related to Building Air Con and ventilation works
• Supervise and ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures
