We are a signage & Printing company that design, fabricate and install all types of indoor & outdoor signage.
We require a Asst Project Manager to execute assigned projects from start to end.
Job requirements
- Have interest in graphics / arts field & require to learn signage execution.
- Able to multi task and handle multi projects.
- Good team player & able to work with within organisation various departments in a multi cultural environment.
- Liase with hybrid working staff via WhatsApp on design revision when required.
- Ability to use PC / Emails / Ms office software to prepare report.
- Maintain neat record of correspondence.
- Preferably with class 2 / 3 Driving license.
Job Responsiblities
Attend meeting, site walk, follow up closely on project progress and clear shop drawing.Work closely with designer & production supervisor to preapre mock up for approval.Follow up closely on timley shop drawing submission, flag out to management on delays submittals.To prepare MOS & Apply for Permit to work.To preapre monthly progress claim report and V.O substitation to our QS for submission of claims.Ensure project closure of submitting As-built for handover.With no direct experience in signage are still welcome to apply.
