Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilitie :

• Provide pre-sales support with technical solution, implementation and support services efforts and agreements;
• Prepare solution proposals, proof of concept and solution / service demonstration;
• Architect and design solutions based on client’s requirements and applying industry best practices to meet customer goals and objectives;
• Liaise with management, functional, subject matter experts and development teams (internal and external) for end-to-end project implementation;
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and ensure positive client feedback;
• Adhere to the company’s project management and governance framework.
