Job descriptionLead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation Drive sales performance through effective sales strategies and customer engagement Monitor and analyse store performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs and profitability goals Train, coach, and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and performance Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail (fashion / apparel preferred)
