Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee daily finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures to streamline financial operations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise a team of Account and Finance staff to achieve departmental goals.
