Business Analyst - DCS - DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Roles & Responsibilities

SCOPE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES :

a. Advise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy / business changes on the product.

b. Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the proposed product as user stories.

c. Translate business requirements into user journeys and technical requirements, developing prototypes using visual mock-ups, wireframe.

d. Works with Product Teams to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely.

e. Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights.

f. Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size.

g. Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies.

h. Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement.

i. Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.

j. Analyse results post-release to identify areas of improvement.

k. Analyse impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of requirements.

l. The successful candidate will be responsible for the product management and continuous enhancement of our product enabling secure large file transfers with external stakeholders. This role involves gathering stakeholder requirements and coordinating system improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, the position encompasses comprehensive product oversight and strategic support for our identity access management system , including feature prioritisation, user journey optimisation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure both products meet evolving business needs and security requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED :

a. Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area with at least four (4) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.

b. Prior working experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.

c. The BA should preferably be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

d. The BA should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.

e. BA with strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.

f. BA with change management skills to facilitate the users to product adoption will be an advantage.
