Working location : Orchard
Working hours : 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events
- Help design learning materials and presentation decks
- Track attendance, feedback, and training results
- Support onboarding and internal training processes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on development plans
- Manage the learning calendar and event logistics
- Handle LMS and digital training platforms
- Monitor staff development progress and milestones
- Build a career around people growth and empowerment

Minimum Diploma and aboveExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training concepts and informationAbility to analyse training needs and program effectiveness using data-driven insightsEntry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be providedEA License Number : 22C1278
