Roles & Responsibilities

1. For All Line Equipment

A. To perform CILT according to Area CLIT Standards

• Please ensure area is safe before working
• Please ensure that machine is off and LOTO is done before entering machine
• Please wear appropriate PPE for the job

B. Performance basic prevent maintenance to prevent equipment

Breakdown and / or stoppages

C. Other Ad Hoc Preventive Maintenance Task assigned by Line Leader

and Team leader

D. Ensure general safety

E. Always maintain Production floor clean

F. Always maintain well on changeover parts

2. Fitters for Packaging Department :

Each Fitter must be able and qualified to provide the following :
