Supervisor to oversee daily operations and guide a dynamic team to

deliver excellent service and smooth shop

Job

Responsibilities :

Supervise daily operations including opening and closing

of the outlet

Lead, train and support team

members, especially new hires

Oversee mise en

place and ensure smooth preparation for service

Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all

times

Manage order taking, preparation and

timely serving of food & drinks

Monitor

adherence to company standards, hygiene, and safety

protocols

Handle POS operations and ensure

accurate billing and cash handling

Plan shift

schedules, assign duties, and support staff performance

Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure readiness

for next day

Assist in inventory control,

stock checks, and placing orders

Perform any

ad-hoc duties as required by

Company

Job

Requirements :

Passionate about providing efficient and friendly

service

Outgoing, highly motivated, and takes

initiative

Able to work on weekends and public

holidays

Preferably holds a Basic Food Hygiene

Certificate

Minimum 3 years of experience in

F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory

role
