Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Responsible in daily administrative duties such as following orders, issuing DO & invoices and etc
- Responsible in product development, procurement and order follow up - home related merchandise
- Responsible in managing and dealing with diverse overseas suppliers
- Arrange and coordinate incoming shipment, ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Prepare and facilitate shipments to sales and logistics teams
- Maintains inventory check and records
- Others assigned administrative duties such as office & showroom housekeeping, assist call-in enquiry and etc
Requirements :
Candidate must posses at least polytechnic or A level educationAt least 2 years experience in administrationService-oriented and good interpersonal skillsMature, efficient, clear minded, organized and creativeIT literacy and proficiency in MS OfficeFluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associateWorking Location : Jurong East, opposite IMM Shopping Centre
Working Days : 5.5days with alternate Saturday off
