Chemical Lab Technician (QA)

Location : Joo Koon, Singapore

Honeywell is looking for a dedicated Chemical Lab Technician (QA) to join our team. This role offers you the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment where you will apply your analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Chemical Testing to meet NADCAP requirement.
• Support Chemical Line on chemical solution analysis and periodic mechanical testing, to ensure minimal disruptions that impact quality or delivery.
• Prepare Chemical Lab daily tasks schedule and execute per plan.
• Manage chemicals and shelf‑life items.
• Maintain Chemical Inventory.
• Liaise with external vendors on quotation, purchase orders and samples delivery / collection process.
• Assist Chemical Engineer in performing Failure Analysis of Chemical Process Test Failures.
• Assist Chemical Engineer in preparing monthly review of Chemical Lab Test Performance.
• Maintain accurate Lab Testing Reports and entries to Solutions Analysis Monitoring System (SAMS) and Linked Information Management System (LIMS).
• Support Internal and External Audits as Chemical Lab auditee.
