Roles & Responsibilities

Mission (Why This Role Exists)

Lead and deliver a large-scale workforce conversion of 1,000 employees (DBAs & Project Managers → Product Managers). The role owns planning, delivery, sourcing of learning platforms / providers, building a trainer / coach community, and outcomes tracking . The candidate will also advise on the feasibility of the learning map and ensure alignment with Product Manager competency schemas .

Key Outcomes (Negotiable)

Year 1

• ≥90% programme completion; ≥80% transition-ready to Product Manager roles
• ≥85% cohort fill rate; ≥4.2 / 5 learner satisfaction
• ≥3 external Product Management platforms / providers onboarded

Year 2 (dependent on extension)
