Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning.
• Support the development team during the implementation phase and validate deliverables.
• Assist in UAT planning, coordination, and execution with end-users.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Maintain documentation in tools like Confluence, JIRA, or SharePoint.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
