We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Temenos Transact (formerly T24) to support core banking implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that functional and business requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business requirements gathering for Temenos T24 core banking implementations .
- Conduct gap analysis and define functional specifications aligned with T24 modules (e.g., AA, LD, FT, MM, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across banking operations, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment on business processes.
- Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into T24 configuration or customization requirements.
- Participate in UAT planning , test case design , and defect resolution .
- Support implementation, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Work with Temenos consultants and internal development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking projects .Hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact) – implementation or upgrade projects.Familiarity with key T24 modules : AA (Arrangement Architecture), Lending (LD), Funds Transfer (FT), Treasury (MM, FX) .Strong understanding of banking operations , core processes, and regulatory requirements.Ability to work with SQL and basic data analysis for validation / testing.Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and user stories .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Temenos Infinity or Digital Banking platforms is a plus.Prior experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.Temenos certification is an added advantage.
