Interior Design Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented ID

Drafter to support our interior fit-out projects by

producing accurate and concise short

drawings . The ideal candidate will work closely with

the design, project, and site teams to ensure clear and timely

drawing submissions that meet project specifications and

timelines.

Key

Responsibilities :

Prepare and produce short form CAD

drawings , including layout plans, elevations,

sections, and detail drawings for interior fit-out

projects.

Work with the project manager and

site teams to develop drawings based on design intent and site

requirements.

Update and revise drawings as

needed to reflect site changes, client feedback, or authority

requirements.

Coordinate with clients,

subcontractors, and suppliers on drawing details where

necessary.

Ensure that all drawings comply

with project specifications, codes, and company drafting

standards.

Maintain organized drawing records

and version

control.

Requirements :

Diploma / Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Interior

Design, or a related field.

Proficient in

AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.

5+ years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in

interior fit-out or construction projects.

Ability to read and understand architectural and M&E

drawings.

Strong attention to detail and

ability to work under tight deadlines.

Team

player with good communication and coordination

skills.
